On top of that you have overcharged me, charging me, more than 100 euro's on my credit card per each year ! That is more than 3x the price than when I joined Norton as a customer. When the banks put an expiration dat o Ccards, there is a reason for that. But, for the last 3 years you have charged me, and withdrew money from my (expired) creditcard, just by guessing the new credit card expiration date. Several times you have asked/notified me to update or enter my new credit card details, which I did not. However, every year you raised the price without prior notification of a price hike.ģ years ago I decided it was enough and when my credit card expired I decided not to update my credit card information in my profile. after those 3 years, and I gave you my trust, I renewed through auto renewal. Dear symantec people, I became a customer since 2010 with a 3 year subscription, for $75.
